TITLE: Customer Support Specialist

LOCATION: Atlanta

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 04/13/2026 to 02/01/2027

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the evaluation, design, development, and implementation of reporting, business processes, and information systems solutions.
  • Handle all aspects of project management from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain business strategies and dashboards for projects, initiatives, and categories.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner on issues facing the business.
  • Develop and track category and program performance and monitor trends.
  • Lead all phases of a project's life cycle, including defining the business need, establishing criteria and requirements, understanding impacts, and rolling out the project.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and perform research or analysis within assigned projects or categories.
  • Establish and report on metrics to gauge business value.

Requirements:

  • Experience troubleshooting third-party systems like Mirakl and Rithum.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience with Zendesk or online ticketing systems.
  • Customer support experience.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues in a ticketing environment with clear deliverables and KPIs.
  • Experience supporting Home Depot Suppliers is a plus.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
