TITLE: Data an Business intelligence Analyst

LOCATION: Sunnyvale, CA

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 01/23/2026 in to 01/23/2027 
 

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data tools and analytics dashboards to automate processes and provide insights into customer metrics and product usage.
• Write scalable and efficient SQL to encode business logic and develop robust data pipelines on the LinkedIn data stack.
• Establish data collection, storage, and quality assurance processes to ensure analysis reliability.
• Lead data projects from inception to completion, aligning with strategic goals and delivering measurable value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in customer success and related teams to integrate data-driven insights into strategies.
• Keep up with industry trends in data science and analytics to promote innovation and improve customer success outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline.
• 4+ years of experience with SQL/relational databases.
• 2+ years of business analytics experience in a medium-to-large company.
• 4+ years of relevant industry or academic experience working with large data sets.
• 2+ years experience in at least one programming language (e.g., R, Python, Java, Scala, PHP, JavaScript).
• 2+ years of experience in data visualization and dashboard design.

Preferred Experience:

• MS or PhD in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, operations research, computer science, informatics, or engineering.
• Experience with statistical modeling projects using regression or tree models.
• Data pipeline development experience.
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL concepts, and patterns for efficient data governance.
• Experience on or adjacent to a Business Intelligence team.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $57.00 to $69.00(dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
