Job Title: Data & Quality Control Analyst
Duration: 10 Months
Location: Remote


Role Overview:
The Data & Quality Control Analyst is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and quality of the credit issuance program. This role owns all data tracking, reporting, and quality assurance functions for the team. The Analyst will use data to measure performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership. The ideal candidate is a meticulous and analytical professional with a strong background in data analysis and quality assurance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage all data tracking related to the issuance lifecycle within Salesforce and other systems.
  • Design and execute regular Quality Control (QC) audits to identify and mitigate errors in the operational workflow.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve performance dashboards and reports using Looker (or similar BI tools).
  • Analyze operational data to measure team performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for monthly/quarterly business reviews.
  • Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests from leadership and stakeholders to support incident resolution and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Lead to identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • 3-5 years of experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or quality assurance role.
    • Proficiency with a Business Intelligence (BI) tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and spreadsheet software (Google Sheets, Excel).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Experience creating reports and dashboards to track performance metrics.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Advanced certification in a BI tool.
    • Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
    • Knowledge of basic statistical analysis methods for quality control.

The salary range for this position is $100,000.00 – 105,000.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
