TITLE: Design Producer
LOCATION: Cupertino, CA Hybrid
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 04/28/2026 to 08/28/2026
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and deliver service design initiatives.
- Collaborate with partners to clarify project requirements and define design strategy and goals.
- Facilitate design reviews and represent design in cross-functional forums.
- Support multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines.
- Organize and lead design brainstorms and workshops.
- Gather key ideas, decisions, issues, and action items in meeting notes.
- Track and report project health weekly, including status updates.
- Anticipate challenges and formulate plans to unblock teams.
- Negotiate priorities for the design team given limited resources and schedules.
- Manage cross-functional relationships and partnerships.
- Ensure timely handoff of design specs to engineering.
- Review builds to ensure design integrity during implementation.
- Improve processes and communications in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and run multiple projects with deadlines.
- Strong communication and cross-team planning skills.
- Ability to organize and lead design workshops and meetings.
- Effective at tracking and reporting project status.
- Strong negotiation skills for resource and schedule management.
- Experience managing cross-functional relationships.
- Ability to review and ensure design quality during implementation.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

the hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $74.63 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
