TITLE: Digital Asset Manager
LOCATION: Information not provided.
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 03/03/2026 to 03/02/2027

Responsibilities:

  • Translate the requirements of design teams to capabilities of asset management platform or inform feature development.
  • Establish file and folder taxonomies, set up workflows within asset management software and systems.
  • Partner with product owners and engineering teams on user stories, prioritizing feature requests and bug fixes.
  • Ensure integration of asset management platform with other project management systems.
  • Carry out formal user acceptance testing, report anomalies in production environments, and escalate as needed.
  • Assist with data migration and planning.
  • Assist with user and group permissions models related to team workflows.
  • Author documentation, create, and facilitate high-fidelity presentations for onboarding and training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience evaluating and setting up media and entertainment workflows using industry leading asset management software and systems.
  • Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly, with understanding of various project structures, file formats, and metadata.
  • Broad knowledge of library tools, systems, and resources in corporate organizations.
  • Solid design background with expert knowledge of motion and static assets in creative environments.

Preferred Experience:

  • macOS platform proficient.
  • Keynote savvy for creation and presentation of data or training documentation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong design sense and follow-through across deliverables.
  • Ability to foster organization and collaboration across teams.
  • Ability to make complex decisions independently and explain rationale.
  • Experience with industry standard design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D, etc.
  • Excellent project and task-tracking skills with attention to detail and big-picture perspective.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as Wrike, Airtable, Asana, WorkFront or similar platforms.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $56.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
