We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy professional with a proven track record in digital asset management. Your expertise will ensure the smooth workflow of creative materials—from intake and review to approval, distribution, and archival—enabling to maintain its reputation for extraordinary brand experiences. Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience as a Digital Asset Manager or in a similar role managing large volumes of creative assets
- Proficiency with tools and systems such as Quip, Box, iCloud, DAM systems, and familiar applications like Adobe Photoshop
- Hands-on experience handling raster images, vector graphics, video, and audio files
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Ability to assess assets for compliance with policies, technical specs, and creative standards
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven with a creative problem-solving approach
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with additional file storage and collaboration tools
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing workflows
- Knowledge of app and digital content compliance standards
- Experience working with creative agencies or design teams
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Communications, Arts, Technology, or Business
- Prior experience working in digital content production, app promotion, or tech-focused environments
