TITLE: Digital Business Analyst – Customer Journey Analytics
LOCATION: Remote (Must work 9am–5pm CT)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6–12 Months Contract
HOURLY PAY: $50–$60/hour
Digital Business Analyst – Customer Journey Analytics Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Digital Enablement leadership to define journey KPIs and success metrics.

Gather and document requirements for Power BI and Adobe Analytics dashboards.

Translate business hypotheses into actionable, data-driven metrics.
-
Manage and prioritize the analytics backlog with technical and analyst teams.
-
Test dashboards for accuracy, validate output against expectations, and iterate as needed.

Support optimization efforts around website findability and conversion to quote requests.

Align with Agile processes and work in close partnership with cross-functional digital teams.

Contribute to establishing baseline metrics and ongoing performance tracking for the digital experience.
Digital Business Analyst – Customer Journey Analytics Requirements:
-
Proven experience in business analysis, including gathering requirements, defining KPIs, managing backlogs, and validating deliverables.

Strong understanding of website user flows, conversion events, and optimization testing.
-
Adobe Analytics – Required: Skilled at analyzing web behavior and defining key metrics within Adobe’s suite.

Power BI – Required: Capable of defining requirements, interpreting data visualizations, and testing dashboard output.

Agile Methodology: Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing work through sprints.

Understanding of B2B digital experiences, including self-service tools and complex product catalogs.

UX/UI awareness with the ability to connect experience design concepts to measurable data and KPIs.

Excellent communication skills and confidence working with leadership to interpret goals and communicate insights.
Digital Business Analyst – Customer Journey Analytics Preferred Experience:
-
SQL: Ability to run queries or validate data (not required; supported by analytics team).

Familiarity with Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle CPQ Cloud and their roles in customer journey data.

Tableau experience (helpful but not required) for executive-level dashboards.

Awareness of CJ/CDP tools and customer data platform concepts.

Delivery of clear, actionable dashboards connecting digital strategy to measurable business outcomes.

Improved website findability and quote conversion through data-driven optimization.

Strong collaboration with analytics and technical teams to deliver high-quality dashboards on time.

Establishment of baseline metrics and consistent cadence for journey measurement and experimentation.
The compensation range is $50-65/hr and is dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location.
