TITLE: Earned Social Strategist
LOCATION: Culver City, CA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6+ Months
Responsibilities:
- Drive social strategy and execution for Music across artist, host, community, and partner/publisher accounts.
- Manage relationships with culturally relevant social accounts for tentpole campaign moments and evergreen opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams on planning, briefing, executing, and reporting for integrated campaigns and activations.
- Provide suggested copy with appropriate tone of voice, guidelines, and support for priority artist campaigns and playlists.
- Perform quality control on partner content to ensure it meets brand guidelines.
- Leverage digital publishers and partners to help share and amplify campaigns and tentpole moments.
- Track evolving social best practices to evangelize and contextualize to partners and talent.
- Identify synergies between other lines of business and develop earned strategies for cross-promotion.
- Communicate partner programming and go-to-market plans with internal and external partners.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $43.00 to $55.88/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
