Responsibilities:
• Develop social-first concepts, campaigns, and programs that feed into
Services’s owned social channels
• Lead social briefings for campaigns, formats, and initiatives
• Work with multiple cross-functional teams on planning and executing
integrated campaigns and projects on social
• Evangelize social best practices to cross-functional teams and
stakeholders, internally and externally
• Demonstrate thought leadership and perspective around best in class
social trends, ideas, and strategy for key marketing moments
• Hands-on support for programming and publishing, as needed, across
owned social channels
• On-call nights and weekends as needed
• Manage agency relationships
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in digital and social marketing within the social media space
• 3+ years of managing agencies, vendors, and external partners
• Proven ability to develop social-first concepts, campaigns, and programs that resonate with target audiences
• Expertise in leveraging data and insights—audience analysis, platform trends, content performance, and social listening—to inform strategy
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills to communicate ideas effectively
• Experience collaborating with creators, artists, and high-profile talent on high-stakes projects
• Ability to work nimbly, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Leadership and negotiation skills to influence teams and stakeholders
Preferred Experience:
• A visionary thinker with a knack for innovative social storytelling that keeps our brand ahead of trends
• Deep understanding of cultural conversations across books, podcasts, music, fashion, sports, tech, and entertainment
• Familiarity with evolving social media landscapes, emerging platforms, and audience behaviors
• A collaborative team player with professionalism, strong work ethic, and boundary-setting abilities
• Excellent communicator, comfortable pitching ideas and gaining buy-in across teams and leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Extensive experience working in multifaceted environments with high-profile talent and complex campaigns
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00 to $70.00/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
