TITLE: Employee Listening Research Analyst

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 01/19/2026 to 01/18/2027

Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of employee engagement surveys and generate insights.
  • Manage survey invitations, reporting access, and ensure quality control of online survey and reporting portals.
  • Provide user support to People Business Partners, employees, and other teams via various channels.
  • Analyze survey results to identify insights related to employee sentiment.
  • Contribute to the development of new survey methodologies and research initiatives.
  • Create reporting materials using Keynote, Pages, and other tools to share findings with leaders and stakeholders.
  • Review reports to ensure data accuracy and quality.

Requirements:

  • Support end-to-end employee surveys, including working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Analyze results using descriptive and inferential statistics, correlation, and qualitative analysis.
  • Create reports for leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Possess strong data visualization skills (charts, tables, slides).
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Understand data privacy principles in survey research.
  • Proficiency with analytics and visualization platforms (e.g., R, SPSS, Tableau, or similar).
  • Experience with survey platforms (Medallia preferred).
  • Experience with project management tools (Wrike preferred).
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint or Keynote, Excel, and collaboration tools.
  • Degree in organizational psychology/social sciences, statistics/economics, or business administration OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience supporting employee surveys end-to-end with cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Ability to analyze survey results and create reports for senior leaders.
  • Strong data visualization and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of data privacy principles in survey research.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $57.78 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
