Required Skills:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in product and project management within enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of enterprise integration processes, ecosystem analysis, and platform governance
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with expertise in defining product roadmaps and success metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at engaging both technical teams and business leaders
- Highly detail-oriented with robust documentation habits, including process maps, decision logs, and technical specifications
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of hospitality technology ecosystems, including Property Management Systems, Central Reservations, Revenue Management, and Sales solutions
- Experience working with global luxury and lifestyle brands and understanding their unique technological needs
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred
- Extensive experience in enterprise software, systems integrations, and vendor ecosystem management
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $80.00 to $90.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
