Enterprise Integration Product Manager 
W2 contract until 12/31/26 – potential to extend or convert FTE 
Fully remote working EST

As an Enterprise Integration Product Manager, you'll lead strategic initiatives that connect complex systems and foster seamless collaboration across diverse business units. This pivotal role combines product management expertise with program execution, ensuring our enterprise technology ecosystem remains agile, reliable, and forward-thinking. Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in product and project management within enterprise environments
  • Deep understanding of enterprise integration processes, ecosystem analysis, and platform governance
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with expertise in defining product roadmaps and success metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at engaging both technical teams and business leaders
  • Highly detail-oriented with robust documentation habits, including process maps, decision logs, and technical specifications

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of hospitality technology ecosystems, including Property Management Systems, Central Reservations, Revenue Management, and Sales solutions
  • Experience working with global luxury and lifestyle brands and understanding their unique technological needs

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred
  • Extensive experience in enterprise software, systems integrations, and vendor ecosystem management

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $80.00 to $90.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
