Job Description
Our clients Executive Engagement and Events Operations (EEE) Center of Excellence (CoE) engages executives at strategic customer accounts to showcase key narratives and demonstrate the strategic value of its data, community, and products in advancing business goals. In collaboration with Corporate Brand, Communications, Talent Solutions, Marketing Solutions, and Sales Solutions, we unify brand, product, industry, and go-to-market expertise into integrated frameworks that drive high-impact engagements with C-suite and senior leaders. We lead global and regional executive engagement initiatives, including strategic briefings, 1:1 executive meetings, and the Executive Sponsorship program at offices, virtually and at first- and third- party events.
Bay Area Executive Briefing Center Coordinator
- Manage Executive Briefing Center (EBC) operations and venue management logistics for the San Francisco and Mountain View EBC spaces including: Maintaining ongoing comms w/ workplace services; Overseeing F&B needs; Security and front desk liaison; Maintain Bay Area EBC calendars across Exec Engagements and other space needs
- Day-of event management for all SF & MTV office Exec Engagement programming including: security and building access, printing, food & beverage, gifting, technology troubleshooting as needed for both full and guided support engagements
- Serve as direct POC for Events/Facilities teams in SF & MTV offices
- Partner with technology & AV management team to ensure technology needs are met across the SF & MTV EBC space and ongoing maintenance occurs
- Serve as strategic partners to LET EA's to ensure leaders’ space needs are met within reason and bandwidth, building strong trust and alignment across the EA community.
- Supports EE operations for non-EBC Space Briefings (Seattle (Microsoft), Detroit, Carpinteria) including logistics, F&B/catering for full and guided support models
- Manages operations, logistics, workflows, documentation, technology, comms, trackers, and coordination for executive meetings at tentpole events
- Provides EE operational support for LMS, LSS full and guided models including prep scheduling, calendar invites, briefing doc templates and more
- Specialty project focus and support for CxO Engagements including (CMO, CIO events)
- Contribute to overall operational rigor and project management efforts across the EEE CoE team programming operations
- Work across the EEE CoE team to contribute to best practices and efficiencies across Executive Briefing Centers

Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or hospitality industry
- Proficient with MSFT & Google suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record of partnering with cross-functional teams and senior-level stakeholders; prior experience in an Executive Briefing Center is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized
- Prioritize effectively while managing multiple competing priorities
Technology & Tools Qualifications:
- Proficient in the following: GSuite Products/Tools, MSFT Products/Tools, including SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc., Virtual Meeting technology
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $32.06 to $37.59 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
