Required Skills:
· 7-10 years of project management experience
· 7-10 years of marketing or brand campaign experience
· Proven success managing complex, high-visibility projects
· Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
· Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
· Experience working with premium brands and managing large-scale initiatives
Nice to Have Skills:
· Expertise in coordinating among diverse teams including production, creative, retail operations, and finance
· Proficiency in designing dashboards and reporting tools to track program and marketing performance
· Ability to streamline workflows and implement process improvements
Preferred Education and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field
· Demonstrated experience in retail expansion, brand campaigns, or program management within a high-growth environment
Other Requirements:
· Ability to travel as needed to oversee store openings and remodels
· Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $62.00 to $85.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
