Our Fortune 100 client is embarking on a major transformation of their .com ecosystem—reimagining how millions of customers experience their digital brand. They’re seeking an Experience Design Lead to help elevate, redefine, and modernize their primary customer-facing platform.

In this highly visible role, you’ll drive the visual evolution and design excellence of a large-scale B2C digital experience. You’ll guide the creative vision across multiple product flows, ensuring cohesive design systems, polished UI, and strategic storytelling that delivers measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end redesign initiatives for a high-traffic .com experience, from concept through delivery.

  • Elevate visual design standards across pages, templates, and components—ensuring best-in-class digital experiences that align with brand strategy.

  • Collaborate with UX, research, marketing, and product partners to shape the vision for the digital ecosystem.

  • Advocate for design excellence through storytelling, critique, and leadership influence within the CX organization.

  • Bring together insights, data, and creative intuition to design at both strategic and pixel-perfect levels.

What You Bring

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Experience Design, Product Design, or Digital UX within large enterprise or B2C environments.

  • Proven success leading or contributing to major .com redesigns or digital transformation projects at scale.

  • Deep visual design expertise—you think in typography, hierarchy, color, and interaction design.

  • Proficiency in Figma (required); Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

  • Understanding of design systems, UX research, and service design methodologies.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with front-end technologies and how design translates to code.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills—comfortable engaging with executives, product partners, and design peers.
