Required Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in Python and Object-Oriented Programming
- Expertise in developing applications using Django and Django Rest Framework
- Skilled in designing and building web user interfaces with React, with a solid understanding of UX principles
- Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with data collection and management at high volume, variety, and velocity
- Prior involvement in designing solutions for complex systems
- Familiarity with data engineering workflows and big data tools
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of industry experience in software development, with a focus on full stack applications
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with data engineers and other teams
- Willingness to participate in design reviews and code quality assessments

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $83.58 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
