Responsibilities:
- Support the Google Marketing AI Lab and Media Lab by translating complex experiment data into strategic recommendations.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis for lab initiatives, generating high-level insights and executive narratives.
- Build and refine structured frameworks to evaluate emerging AI marketing tools and media experiments.
- Manage end-to-end workstreams for lab projects, identifying process bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
- Create executive-ready presentations by synthesizing quantitative findings and providing actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, or a high-growth Strategy & Operations role.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel data modeling.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and develop strategic insights.
- Experience managing high-priority workstreams in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Experience:
- MBA from a top program (optional).
- Experience in strategic analysis, framework development, or operational project management.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $90.00 to $121.05 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
