Global Master Data Consultant
TITLE: Global Master Data Consultant
LOCATION: Remote
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 03/31/2026 to 10/01/2026
Responsibilities:
- Support data preparation for data conversion and migration processes.
- Coordinate master data cleansing across multiple functional teams.
- Standardize and harmonize data to meet regional requirements.
- Conduct SAP S4 master data value mapping and data construction.
- Create and validate test data for migration projects.
- Investigate and resolve data bugs.
- Facilitate change management and training related to master data governance.
- Assist with master data governance processes using SAP MDG and Profisee.
- Gather functional requirements and ensure alignment with global solutions.
- Supervise test script development and execution.
- Maintain project documentation including data definitions and mappings.
- Monitor task progress and dependencies using project management tools.
Requirements:
- BA or BS in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Ideally 5+ years of experience in master data management.
- Experience in master data and transactional data processes within a consumer products company preferred.
- SAP MDG CRUD process, data quality rule design, and testing experience.
- Fiori UI functional design experience.
- Hands-on operational experience with data standardization, cleansing, and harmonization.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to question assumptions and drive process improvements.
- Experience working across multiple cultures, regions, and functions.
- Fluency in English (additional languages preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SAP experience preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25% internationally.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with data governance tools (bonus).
- Multicultural experience delivering results across diverse regions and teams.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori UI.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00 to $68.96 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
