TITLE: Global Process Data Consultant

LOCATION: Remote, must work PST hours

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 04/09/2026 to 10/10/2026

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement SAP Core solutions including S/4 HANA and connected system capabilities supporting finance business processes.
  • Lead teams in solution design, system configuration, testing, and delivery of capabilities supporting Finance operations.
  • Plan, manage, and coordinate multiple projects in a dynamic distributed environment with complex stakeholder groups.
  • Design IT solutions at an enterprise scale aligning with the company's strategic vision and focusing on business outcomes.
  • Develop best practices, scalable mechanisms, and repeatable processes throughout the project lifecycle: planning, blueprinting, design, build, and deploy.
  • Support operational readiness and production cutover efforts with HyperCare support.
  • Advise business partners on the implications of standard or new SAP solutions.
  • Communicate IT value and demonstrate success to business stakeholders.
  • Lead, prepare for, and support change management initiatives and IT governance.
  • Maintain and evolve cultural awareness, adopt a test and learn, fail fast mindset with a focus on innovation.
  • Promote a learning culture and act as a people leader to develop talent.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10-12 years IT experience in end-user industry, IT consulting, or with IT product companies.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing S/4 HANA or SAP implementations in workstreams such as Finance and Logistics.
  • Managed prior SAP implementations with accountability for successful Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Consolidation.
  • Functional knowledge of SAP business processes in an S/4 environment and integration points.
  • Experience participating in multiple full cycle global SAP implementations.
  • Proven ability to manage SAP implementation teams, both internal and vendor partners.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience producing dashboards, reports, and analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and perform in a fast-paced, global environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Formal training and certification in Program Management (PMP, etc.) and SAP functional modules preferred but not mandatory.
  • Deep knowledge of integration points with other functions such as Logistics, Order-to-Cash, Procurement.
  • High learning agility with outcome-oriented and transformative mindset.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and facilitate cross-perspective solutions.
  • Experience driving results across multiple geographies and cultural contexts.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $80.00 to $93.10 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
