GTM Marketing Manager
Hybrid in San Francisco CA
W2 contract until July 2026 – potential to extend
Responsibilities:
- Drive the product marketing strategy, informing stakeholders on market opportunities and providing insights on products and features.
- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive education, engagement, and product adoption across various channels.
- Act as a subject matter expert on products or features to support product development and market analysis.
- Develop marketing plans for regional or functional teams, review portfolios, prioritize goals, and define positioning strategies.
- Create and implement content strategies for product marketing across channels.
- Collect and track product or business metrics to measure performance and inform decision-making.
- Validate market size and opportunity, collaborating with teams to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Build supporting rationales, hypotheses, and visions based on market landscape analysis.
- Understand the product and target audience, developing positioning and go-to-market plans for new features or products.
- Incorporate user insights into marketing strategies and provide feedback to improve user experience.
- Drive product brand positioning, messaging, and voice strategies.
- Create marketing content aligned with product strategy, iterating with cross-functional teams.
- Manage user research activities and leverage research insights.
- Lead medium- to large-scale campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize accordingly.
Requirements:
- 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Proficiency in product positioning, data analysis, and consumer behavior.
- Knowledge of campaign management, marketing briefs, and client/partner management.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and storytelling.
- Knowledge of go-to-market activities and strategic leadership.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $100.00 to $119.32 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
