TITLE: HWE Planning & Operations Program Manager III
LOCATION: Austin, TX
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 12/01/2026 to 11/01/2027
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain headcount, labor, and space forecasting models.
- Identify process gaps and implement efficient, repeatable workflows.
- Lead cross-functional projects, driving timelines, coordination, and delivery.
- Analyze workforce and space data to produce clear recommendations.
- Build dashboards and reports that support day-to-day operational planning.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of program management experience
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder operational programs.
- Strong process improvement and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with data and business intelligence tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate, Workplace Strategy, or Headcount/Labor Planning.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $63.00 to $70.94 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
