TITLE: Instructional Designer – Technical & Data Analytics

LOCATION: Remote

ANTICIPATED DURATION: 2 Months (January – February 2026)

 

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to support an in-flight technical curriculum initiative focused on data analytics and certification-aligned learning. This role will quickly integrate into an existing project and partner with instructional, product, and technical stakeholders to finalize and deliver high-quality learning content.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and execute curriculum development already in progress, with minimal ramp-up
  • Design and refine technical learning content focused on data analytics concepts
  • Translate complex topics (Python, SQL, R) into clear, learner-friendly instructional materials
  • Develop or update lesson plans, scripts, assessments, rubrics, and learner support resources
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners to ensure accuracy and alignment
  • Manage assigned deliverables and timelines in a fast-paced environment

 

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development
  • Proven experience working on technical or data-focused curriculum
  • Working knowledge of data analytics and programming concepts (Python, SQL, R)
  • Experience supporting certification-based or professional learning programs
  • Strong writing, communication, and project execution skills
  • Comfortable jumping into projects mid-stream and delivering quickly

 

Nice to Have

  • Teaching or facilitation experience in adult or professional learning environments
  • Background in data analytics, data science, or technical training

 

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00 to $60.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
