TITLE: Internal Events Program Manager
LOCATION: Remote but needs to be local to Cupertino, CA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 12 months

Responsibilities:
Our client is seeking an Internal Events Program Manager for their Retail Engagement Marketing and Merchandising team. As the ideal candidate, you’ve planned and executed internal events, such as meetings and conferences, for a company's employees and stakeholders.

In this role, you’ll help ensure events, programs, and workshops are engaging, inspiring, and aligned with our strategic priorities. You’ll work across the business to produce thoughtful and engaging content for a global audience.

In addition to producing high quality experiences for teams around the world, you’ll cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, program operational communication plans for events, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and interface with executive level leadership.

Key skills for this role are strong organizational and communication abilities, executive presence, a detail-oriented and flexible approach, and experience in event management and vendor relations.
 
Requirements:
– 3-5 years in Marketing, PR, Events, and/or Internal Engagement

– Strategic thinker who can balance creativity with practicality
– Solid project management experience with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
– Excellent communication skills, ability to work as a member of a team and thrive under pressure
– Exceptional attention to detail and ability to focus and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience:
– Experience working with international teams

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $48.00 to $57.03/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
