Service Designer / Journey Management Specialist
Atlanta, GA (Onsite 4 days/week)
W2 Long-Term Contract potential to convert FTE


Our client’s Customer Experience organization is undergoing a large-scale transformation—redefining how UX, Research, and Design Ops connect across the business. This role sits within Journey Management group and focuses on building the frameworks, playbooks, and service design methodologies that will guide CX teams moving forward.

You’ll help shape how the organization documents, maps, and operationalizes end-to-end customer journeys, driving consistency and alignment across multiple business areas.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a CX Playbook outlining best practices for journey management, service design, and cross-team collaboration

Create service blueprints, journey maps, and process documentation that visualize how products and experiences connect across touchpoints

Collaborate with UX, Product, and Research teams to standardize methodologies, tools, and templates

Partner closely with change management and communications to help teams adopt new frameworks and workflows

Leverage tools like Journey Track (or similar journey mapping platforms) to capture, document, and share insights across departments

Support operational efficiencies within the broader Design Ops ecosystem—driving clarity, alignment, and visibility across initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in Service Design, Journey Mapping, or Design Ops roles

Proven background in building service blueprints and documenting complex ecosystems

Familiarity with journey management or CX visualization tools (Journey Track, Miro, FigJam, Lucid, etc.)

The hourly pay rate for this position is $70-80/hr  Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
