Localization Program Manager
TITLE: Localization Program Manager
LOCATION: Austin, TX-hybrid
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 12 Month W2 Contract
Responsibilities:
- Manage localization for new User Interface features across various platforms.
- Coordinate localization projects with vendors, staff, QA, and other departments globally.
- Analyze and manage localized copy.
- Prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide QA direction for multiple projects.
- Manage data in complex content management systems.
- Support planning, managing, and delivering projects within tight timeframes.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of software release cycle and QA.
- Ability to learn and manage data in content management systems.
- Experience project managing multiple languages and large volumes in up to 40 languages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in localization and/or project management.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with products and services across the Apple ecosystem.
- Native-level fluency in one or more languages besides English.
- Experience with automating workflow processes.
- Project management experience; localization production preferred.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00 to $51.49 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
