Manager-Project/Product II

Join our dynamic team as a Manager-Project/Product II and lead the execution of critical projects that drive innovation and operational excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver impactful initiatives within a collaborative environment, making a tangible difference across our organization.

In this position, you will be responsible for gathering project requirements, developing comprehensive plans, managing schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring successful delivery of key workstreams. You will operate under moderate time constraints, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to achieve strategic objectives.

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of related experience in project or product management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, develop project plans, and support execution
  • Strong problem-solving and proactive issue anticipation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience managing large-scale enterprise projects
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP)
  • Proven skills in facilitating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Knowledge of business readiness activities, including change management and training

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or similar is a plus
  • 7+ years of experience managing projects, programs, or contracts, especially with major organizational impacts
  • Experience implementing complex, high-visibility initiatives and safety culture projects
  • Prior experience working with diverse teams and vendors to align project objectives

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to collaborate across departments and support enterprise-wide strategies
  • Ability to operate effectively under moderate time pressure
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices
  • Availability to work within a specified project duration (03/25/2026 to 03/24/2027)

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $55.13 to $70.13 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
