Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing plans and initiatives around acquisition and offer campaigns.
- Work with business and international teams on offer planning and calendar management.
- Help to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns around Music offers.
- Lead cross-functional meetings, ensure timelines are met, track deliverables across teams, and assist with creative briefs.
- Collaborate with marketing channels on offer performance and optimizations, including testing in campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and support Music campaign recaps.
- Support marketing team with additional projects as needed.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in marketing role, preferably with a subscription or entertainment service and focus on customer acquisition or retention.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage projects end to end.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $40.00 to $52.74 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
