TITLE: Marketing Events Program Manager

Responsibilities:
- Design and establish workflows, communication channels, and project management frameworks for multiple teams
- Develop and maintain master work-back schedules to meet project milestones
- Organize working groups and monitor outputs to keep teams aligned
- Create reporting processes that deliver clear and actionable data to internal stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of event workflows and updates
- Provide high-level oversight during event days in New York City, managing real-time adjustments for a seamless experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience
- Project management, organization, and communication skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and attention to detail

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $68.00 to $89.70 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
