TITLE: Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Support the transformation of complex product strategy into creative, seller-first marketing and communication moments.
  • Develop internal marketing collateral and messaging to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Translate technical information into clear and compelling presentations and communications tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Convert high-level business goals into cohesive benefits and value statements, acting as a strategic translator.
  • Support the full lifecycle of marketing launch moments, following direction and executing with limited oversight.
  • Manage project work back plans, production timelines, and success metrics.
  • Experiment with emerging technologies, including AI, to increase efficiency and creative problem solving.
  • Leverage data to optimize marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success.
  • Assist team members across all facets of internal marketing and collateral development.

Requirements:

  • Ability to transform complex information into clear, creative communications.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Experience with copywriting and design for internal marketing.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Comfort with using and experimenting with emerging technologies and tools.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Proven relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Creative flair with a proactive approach to bringing new ideas.
  • Basic front-end build skills, including JavaScript basics and HTML (preferred but not mandatory).
