TITLE: Marketing Operations Program Specialist
LOCATION: Culver City or Cupertino CA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 12 Month Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and CRM platform needs by identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and implement data analysis strategies, methodologies, and best practices to align with organizational goals.
  • Create technical documentation to capture incident/issue symptom, root cause, business impact, and resolution.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly IT reports.
  • Translate data insights into clear, concise, and actionable reports for stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong technical and people problem-solving skills and the ability to structure problems into actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • At least 5-10 years in analytics or related roles.
  • Deep technical knowledge with marketing CRM systems such as Salesforce or others.
  • Excellent IT problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience gathering data from sources, cleaning, organizing, and applying analytical techniques.
  • Strong communication skills for reports, presentations, and visualizations.
  • Experience in online services (SAAS) and subscription-based services at scale.
  • Good to have: SQL, Tableau, and Python experience.
  • Education: BA/BS or advanced degree in Analytics, Marketing, or Engineering.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in analyzing CRM issues/crises for marketing operations and execution.
  • Experience in online services (SAAS) and at scale subscription services.
  • Ability to direct large cross-functional teams for process and platform improvement.
  • AI/ML experience is a plus.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $59.41 to $63.95 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
