Marketing Operations Program Specialist
TITLE: Marketing Operations Program Specialist
LOCATION: Cupertino or Culver City, CA (hybrid, on-site Tuesday – Thursday)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6 months
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and CRM platform needs to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Develop and implement data analysis strategies, methodologies, and best practices
- Structure problems into actionable insights for technical and cross-group collaboration
- Deliver weekly and monthly IT reports and develop clear, concise reports for stakeholders
- Create technical documentation capturing incident symptoms, root cause, business impact, and resolutions
- Drive system-scale process and platform improvements within cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- At least 5-10 years in analytics or related roles
- Deep technical knowledge with marketing CRM systems such as Salesforce or others, specializing in software and system issue identification and classifications
- Excellent IT problem-solving and interpersonal skills, owning analytic program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience with creating clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Experience gathering data from various sources, cleaning and organizing it, and applying analytical techniques to identify technical issue trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and tools for data analysis and reporting
- Track record of changing the status quo with data and excelling in ambiguous and constantly changing environments; curious and eager to learn
- Phenomenal cross-group collaborator, self-starter, and big-picture problem solver
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in online services (SaaS) and subscription-based services at scale
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $55 to $63.95 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
