TITLE: Marketing Producer

LOCATION: Culver City, CA

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 01/19/2026 to 01/19/2027

Responsibilities:

  • Support the cross-functional needs of the marketing organization, including forecasting campaigns and supervising timelines.
  • Maintain all documentation related to Services Marketing and ensure clear communication across teams.
  • Assist with annual and quarterly forecast planning for marketing priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments within Services Marketing to ensure alignment.
  • Maintain alignment on scope changes and ensure accurate timelines.
  • Coordinate meetings and ensure all relevant parties are involved.
  • Keep and distribute weekly project status updates for priority projects.
  • Own, update, and maintain project road maps, scope, and schedules.
  • Partner with Resource and Brand Management to ensure alignment.
  • Collaborate with other project managers on tracking standards and protocols.

Preferred Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a project manager, program manager, or in operations management.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as AirTable, Quip, WorkFront, OmniPlan, Wrike, 10,000 Ft or similar platforms, as well as Numbers, Pages, iCal, Keynote, and Excel.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to work across all levels of management.
  • Strong organization, task-tracking, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting timelines and making confident decisions quickly.
  • Experience handling confidential information with integrity.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $74.63 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
