Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute content creation and production projects.
- Drive content and media design, development, and production processes.
- Build relationships with internal and external production teams and partners.
- Devise creative solutions for complex production problems.
- Influence and lead multiple content creation teams and projects.
- Develop and incorporate innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Manage relationships with third-party agencies and evaluate proposals.
- Drive the technical and creative vision for content to align with project goals.
- Foster a climate of psychological safety and inclusive decision making within teams.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in partner and relationship management.
- Knowledge of product excellence, strategy, and planning.
- Industry knowledge related to business and products.
- Domain expertise in marketing.
- Effectiveness in project management.
- Knowledge of budgeting.
- Understanding of content management.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $93.31 to $118.49 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
