TITLE: Marketing Producer IV

LOCATION: Culver City, CA

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 01/06/2026 to 01/05/2027

Responsibilities:

  • Support forecasting campaigns, supervise timelines, and manage trackers.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain documentation related to Services Marketing.
  • Assist with annual and quarterly forecast planning for marketing priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments within Services Marketing.
  • Maintain alignment on scope, timelines, and project status.
  • Coordinate meetings and ensure all relevant parties are involved.
  • Distribute weekly project status updates of priority projects.
  • Partner cross-functionally to optimize workflows.
  • Own road maps, project scope, creative review trackers, and production schedules.
  • Make strategic decisions about information sharing with discretion.
  • Take meeting notes and distill for clarity and attendance.
  • Collaborate with Resource and Brand Management to ensure alignment.
  • Maintain and update master timelines and trackers.
  • Partner with other Project Managers on tracking standards and protocols.

Requirements:

  • Experience with project management tools such as AirTable, Quip, WorkFront, OmniPlan, Wrike, 10,000 Ft or similar.
  • Familiarity with Numbers, Pages, iCal, Keynote, and Excel.
  • Excellent task-tracking skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with all levels of management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $78.00 to $104.52 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
