Join our dynamic team as a Metadata Project Coordinator and play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience across Services. You will be at the forefront of ensuring the highest quality metadata for movies, TV shows, and streaming content—impacting features like Apple TV, Siri, and Universal Search. In this influential role, you will curate, monitor, and troubleshoot metadata, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and accuracy, ultimately delivering an exceptional entertainment experience to millions of users worldwide.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital media, technology, or a related industry
- Deep knowledge of movies, TV shows, and social media platforms
- Strong understanding of media content management systems (CMS) and metadata impacts on user experience
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, data analysis, and root cause investigation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ticketing systems and escalation management
- Familiarity with Apple products (macOS, tvOS, iOS, iPadOS), MS Office, XML, and project management tools
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or GBI
- Certifications in project or program management
- Experience with reporting tools and data dashboards
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Information Technology, Business, or related fields
- Proven track record in large-scale media content management or metadata oversight
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work onsite if required
- Flexible schedule including potential weekend work and outside normal business hours (6am-6.30pm CT)
- Willingness to work during US holidays and observe schedule adjustments as necessary

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $23.16 to $38.16 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
