Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Deployment Engineer
Location: (Remote considered for the right candidate)
Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled MS Dynamics Deployment Engineer to join our team on a flexible contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment, including deploying updates, managing configurations, and supporting integrations. This role requires a proactive individual capable of troubleshooting issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring platform stability throughout the deployment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the Dynamics CRM platform
  • Manage user access, security settings, and system configuration
  • Lead deployments across testing and production environments
  • Utilize DevOps tools and scripts to streamline releases
  • Diagnose and resolve application issues by reviewing logs and root cause analysis
  • Coordinate with development teams to communicate issues and deploy solutions
  • Support business requests for platform updates and enhancements
  • Document deployment processes and best practices
  • Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration and deployment
  • Familiarity with deployment pipelines, DevOps practices, and scripting tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Experience with Power Platform administration is a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of platform stability

Preferred Skills:

  • Light scripting abilities for custom deployment automation
  • Experience supporting customer service or call center systems
  • Background in enterprise IT or systems engineering environments

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50 – 65/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
