TITLE: Execution and Enablement Project Manager
LOCATION: Charlotte, NC
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 1 Year
Role Summary: The Execution and Enablement (E&E) team for our clients operations is broadly responsible for designing and delivering on strategic initiatives that improve our efficiency and effectiveness – expenses, risk, customer and employee experience, operational / productivity / quality metrics. Our work ranges from identifying and solving highly strategic complex problems within a few weeks to leading large multi-year projects with stakeholders across the bank.
Required Skills:
As a member of the E&E Transformation team, you will manage and deliver strategic initiatives for U.S. Bank’s Operations which may span across business areas and stakeholders. As part of a team of E&E Transformation team, you will:• Work in a highly collaborative fashion with a cross section of project members, stakeholders, partners and other E&E leaders and colleagues
• Lead and support initiatives from discovery and scoping through execution and delivery, in alignment with U.S. Bank Operations strategy
• Create relevant reporting and governance cadences to fulfill stakeholder needs
• Develop trusted relationships with senior leaders, and key business partners
• Support financial management of the projects
• Contribute thought leadership to the broader E&E team on the industry, U.S. Bank businesses, banking and payments financials, strong consulting practices, analytics, etc.

Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience• 7+ years of experience in project management activities
Preferred Skills/Experience:
• Demonstrated management and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Problem solver with an ownership mindset and ability to influence without authority
• Strong conflict resolution skills with ability to identify and address exceptions or disagreements
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to expand banking knowledge and support critical changes and accelerate execution
• Ability to operate in a demanding high-expectations and standards environment
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $40.00 to $45.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
