Marketing Project Manager
W2 contract until 12/31/26 – potential to extend or convert FTE
Hybrid in Minneaplolis MN
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in project and governance management
- Strong ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Teams and Adobe Workfront
- Ability to develop and maintain project documentation and templates
- Skilled in optimizing workflows within complex, matrixed organizations
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in agency environments supporting diverse client needs
- Strong account and relationship management skills
- Familiarity with marketing or business strategy documentation
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Prior experience in project management roles supporting marketing teams or similar environments
- Demonstrated success in implementing governance structures and operational improvements
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00 t0 $57.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
