W2 6-month contract, potential to extend
Hybrid in Austin Texas
Join our team as an NPI Program Manager and play a pivotal role in accelerating new product development, ensuring seamless material planning, and forging strong cross-functional relationships that drive success.
In this strategic role, you will lead critical aspects of material forecasting, sourcing, and readiness, serving as the key liaison between Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Manufacturing partners. Your expertise will ensure timely project execution, optimized supply plans, and continuous process improvements, all while managing budgets and navigating complex supply chains with precision.
Required Skills:
- Extensive NPI supply chain management experience
- Proven project or program management capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
- Expertise in Excel; familiarity with Agile, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Relationship-building and influence skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with technical supply chain management in OEM settings
- Knowledge of PMP, APICS, CSCP, or CPIM certifications
- Familiarity with project management software and production planning tools
- Experience working within Agile methodologies
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 3-5 years of professional experience
- Alternatively, comparable experience in supply chain or program management roles within manufacturing or technology sectors
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $80.00 to $84.00(dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
