Required Skills
- Proven experience in NPI (New Product Introduction) supply chain management
- Strong program/project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing environment
- Proficiency in Excel; technical expertise and prior OEM management experience a plus
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with Agile, SAP, Oracle, Numbers, Keynote, and Pages
- Certifications such as PMP, APICS, CSCP, or CPIM
- Knowledge of supply chain management best practices and continuous process improvement
Preferred Education and Experience
- BS/BA degree with 3-5 years or comparable professional experience in supply chain, operations, or related fields
Other Requirements
- Ability to travel as needed for supplier meetings or cross-site collaboration
- Strong technical understanding relevant to OEM and manufacturing environments

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $81.50 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
