Openshift Engineer
TITLE: Openshift Engineer
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA hybrid
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 3 years
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership for the design, planning, and implementation of the Red Hat OpenShift platform
- Evaluate new Kubernetes, Istio, OpenShift technologies, and automate these environments to support Developer Self-Service (DevOps) capabilities
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance organizational maturity in these technology areas
- Consult with development teams to ensure platform compatibility with business application requirements
- Support and maintain network integrations between OpenShift and GTM, LTM, and DNS
- Assist in certificate automation and cluster health management
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests
Requirements:
- Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Linux sysadmin, Networking/Firewalls, Load balancing (F5)
- Ability to support network integrations and automation related to OpenShift environments
- Strong technical troubleshooting and customer service skills
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $55.00 to $60.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
