Operations Manager
TITLE: Operations Manager
LOCATION: San Bruno, CA
Duration: 6 months
- Deliver full pieces of a program to design, launch, standardize, and optimize operational processes of vendor or internal teams.
- Track and analyze operational trends in process or workflow performance to implement improvements.
- Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, workflow documentation, help resources, and training programs.
- Manage customer experience for end-to-end programs, policies, and operations.
- Contribute to project execution to generate impact and solve scaled operations problems.
- Collaborate with teams on project scoping, execution, and management.
- Drive operations in compliance with legal, risk, financial, and privacy guidelines.
- Engage service provider teams to ensure effective operation and meet SLAs and PRDs.
- Develop operational review processes to monitor performance.
- Strategize with quality specialists or vendors to meet operational metrics.
- Track trends and identify opportunities to improve procedures.
- Share and scale operational successes and best practices.
- Conduct supplier/internal selection, onboarding, performance reviews, and evaluations.
- Provide process improvement feedback to streamline workflows.
- Define and implement workflow efficiency scoring frameworks.
- Address employee queries, escalations, and SLA responses.
- Assist stakeholders in understanding policies and process improvements.
- Manage strategic relationships with stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings to identify business objectives and operational requirements.
- Contribute to delivering business requirements with appropriate strategies and budgets.
- Proficiency in data analysis, synthesis, and planning.
- Knowledge of operational SLAs.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $90 to $97.22 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
