TITLE: Operations Manager

LOCATION: San Bruno, CA (hybrid)

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 04/13/2026 to 08/13/2026

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver full pieces of a program to design, launch, standardize, and optimize operational processes of vendor or internal teams.
  • Track and analyze operational trends in process or workflow performance to implement improvements.
  • Ideate, launch, and scale solutions that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and success metrics.
  • Publish and communicate operational metrics/KPIs.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, workflow documentation, help resources, and training programs.
  • Manage customer experience for end-to-end programs, policies, and operations.
  • Contribute to project execution to generate impact and solve scaled operations problems.
  • Partner with teams on project scoping, execution, and management.
  • Manage operations in compliance with legal, risk, financial, and privacy guidelines.
  • Develop operations review processes to monitor performance.
  • Ensure suppliers meet SLAs and PRDs and deliver business reviews on performance.
  • Track and analyze trends in process performance and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Share and scale successes, best practices, and learnings internally and externally.
  • Conduct supplier/internal selection, onboarding, performance reviews, and evaluations.
  • Provide feedback to simplify workflows and scale operations efficiently.
  • Collaborate with partners to implement process improvements.
  • Define and implement workflow efficiency scoring frameworks.
  • Handle employee inquiries, exceptions, escalations, and ticket management within SLA.
  • Assist stakeholders in understanding policies and processes and resolve escalations.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders to support operational delivery.
  • Participate in meetings to identify business objectives and requirements.
  • Contribute to delivering business requirements with strategic supplier/internal solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in data analysis, synthesis, and planning.
  • Knowledge of operational SLAs.
  • Experience with queue and ticket management.
  • Team management skills.

  • Familiarity with automation tools and processes.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $80.00 to $97.22 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
