Required Skills:
- 5-10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or program management within entertainment, media, subscriptions, or technology sectors.
- Proven success in negotiating with third-party partners and working cross-functionally within large organizations.
- Strong research, sizing, and prioritization skills to identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Robust project management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with a self-starter attitude and positive approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across diverse workstreams.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with external vendors and managing third-party relationships.
- Deep understanding of the higher education market.
- Familiarity with go-to-market strategies for subscription services.
- Previous experience in a contract or contractor role within a tech or media company.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- BA/BS degree required.
- Demonstrable experience in business development or partnership roles within relevant industries.
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work in-person at least three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday); the remaining days can be remote.
- Ability to onboard quickly and operate independently from day one.
- Willingness to collaborate across various teams including engineering, marketing, legal, finance, and operations.
- This is a 6-month contract role from June to December 2026, offering broad exposure across the company’s diverse departments.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $85.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
