TITLE: Partner Marketing Manager, Public Sector
LOCATION: Reston, VA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 5 Months
Responsibilities:
Partner Marketing Strategic Management:
- In this role, you will be involved in increasing awareness and demand generation with enterprise decision makers through and with our highly visible GSI partners. You should have experience working cross-functionality with multiple internal and external senior executive stakeholders to build and deliver integrated partner marketing campaigns and programs. You will use your excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking, along with your solid understanding of enterprise marketing
- Define and own the US Public Sector joint partner marketing strategy and plan for a named subset for Global Systems Integrator (GSI) partners in alignment with respective Partner Development Managers, Partner Engineers, and internal and external partner leadership.
- Execute joint marketing plans which focus on campaigns aligned to priority solutions, thought leadership and awareness, and high-touch activities targeting C-level decision makers
- Elevate Cloud / Public Sector mindshare with partners through effective engagement directly and through to-partner programs
- Work closely with regional Public Sector marketing counterparts to drive an integrated plan and support the needs of the region
- Lead workstream(s) related to developing and executing strategy for integrating partners into tier-1 US Public Sector marketing events and campaigns.
- Work cross-functionally with field marketing, content marketing, and ecosystem leadership to advocate for partner inclusion in select market moments.
- Operate the business with a ROI-focused mentality by measuring, monitoring, and analyzing partner marketing impact on business results
- Regularly report on campaign performance and insights in pipeline councils and in preparation for each marketing funding planning cycle
- Execute on existing H2 co-marketing plans in line with respective Cloud partner marketing funding program (ie. MDF) timelines, ensuring participating partner compliance to deadlines and required deliverables
- Lead 2026 co-marketing planning with assigned partners and internal stakeholders, including budget planning and goal setting designer, communicator and problem solver who can deliver end-to-end design across media types, screens, formats and technologies; and who can collaborate well with others.
- Our ideal candidate is passionate and driven, with an eye for detail and a blend of creative and technical production skills. This position will work closely with the Creative Director, Art Directors and cross-functional teams to design, create and maintain the visual experience for digital content design.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 10+ years proven experience in marketing in B2B / SaaS / Enterprise space 6+ years proven experience in partner marketing – building and executing marketing strategy with partners Experience executing marketing activities, digital roundtables with C-level audiences, events, webinars, account-based marketing initiatives, social, and digital marketing Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities. Strong executive stakeholder management, including ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key partner contacts. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, collaborative environment.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working with government agencies and/or educational institutions.
Understanding of cloud computing and technology solutions.
Familiarity with Google's suite of products and services.
Familiarity with GSI partners such as Accenture and Deloitte
Experience planning and executing multiple, complex marketing programs and campaigns with partners
Familiarity with the technology sales cycle and how to drive marketing across the funnel with a focus on metrics and ROI
Ability to influence and work cross-functionally with a diverse group of stakeholders and senior leaders
Ability to own and drive key initiatives with minimal direction
Excellent program management skills
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $80.00 to $115.61/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
