TITLE: Partner Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
- Participate in meetings to develop marketing plans for regional or functional marketing teams.
- Study the overall portfolio and characteristics, prioritize marketing goals, and develop positioning plans.
- Develop and manage medium to large-scale campaigns, assets, communications, and programs to address user needs and team objectives.
- Evaluate and analyze campaign performance for optimization and define channels for reaching users.
- Define research needs, scope, manage, or guide user research leveraging internal and external partners.
- Develop strategies for product marketing content across channels with minimal guidance.
- Track and analyze product or business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Validate market size and opportunity, such as active users, revenue, and growth.
- Understand the product and target audience, and develop the product’s positioning and go-to-market plan.
- Develop user insights to incorporate user voice into product development and marketing strategies.
- Provide feedback on user experience improvements and promote user engagement.
- Create marketing content aligned with product positioning and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Act as a product or feature expert to partners and conduct industry trend analysis.
- Foster a collaborative environment in meetings, projects, and events, promoting inclusive behavior and psychological safety.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in product positioning, consumer behavior, brand management, and client/partner advising.
- Experience in situational leadership, campaign management, and marketing briefs.
- Industry knowledge, data analysis and synthesis, and storytelling.
- Knowledge of go-to-market activities.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $75.58 to $97.69 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
