Planning and Insights Manager

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and lead global marketing investment strategies, ensuring budgets are aligned with business objectives across worldwide campaigns.
- Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budget management to maximize ROI on marketing initiatives.
- Own the reporting process, delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly insights that provide clarity on marketing performance and investment outcomes.
- Drive process improvements to streamline reporting, enhance data accuracy, and boost efficiency across financial and performance metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and Analytics teams to ensure seamless data integration and strategic alignment.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, financial planning, marketing analytics, or a related area.
- Deep expertise in marketing attribution, incrementality testing, ROI analysis, and budget optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver results.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in global e-commerce marketing, particularly with SEM and paid social channels.
- Familiarity with ROAS frameworks and incrementality measurement techniques.
- Knowledge of advanced marketing analytics tools and platforms.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in a global, in-house marketing environment, ideally within e-commerce sectors managing performance marketing campaigns.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $70.00-$78.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
