Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience supporting procurement, project, or product initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
- Familiarity with procurement concepts, tools, and processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and presentation using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with strategic sourcing and category management
- Negotiation experience to secure favorable commercial terms
- Knowledge of supply chain and category-specific procurement practices
- Ability to develop engagement plans for supplier participation
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related fields
- Up to 3 years of support experience in procurement or related initiatives
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to support sourcing across various material categories such as poles, transformers, wire, cable, and chemicals
- Ability to perform data analysis and develop sourcing recommendations
- Prior experience with RFP processes and supplier negotiations

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.13 to $68.13 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
