Responsibilities:
- Support the creation of internal technical design guidance across Services.
- Create and maintain documentation related to processes, onboarding guidelines, and launch support materials.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment and efficient problem-solving.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deadlines for design resources and requirements.
- Proactively identify and document the needs of various teams for onboarding materials.
- Maintain organization and accessibility of digital assets with proper version control.
- Communicate targets and progress effectively through updated trackers and timelines.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in project coordination, creative ops, or production management.
- Deep understanding of the product development process, including work with UI, Content Designers, and Engineers.
- Organized and accurate, experienced in maintaining timelines and version control.
- Strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable in fast-paced environments.
- Familiar with project and asset management tools, especially Wrike.
- Skilled with Sketch and Figma.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working on a product or digital platform launch.
- Understanding of working with film studios, music labels, and branded content.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $74.51 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
