ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 01/08/2026 to 03/27/2026

Responsibilities:

• Manage image schedules, expectations, resource management, and image tracking.
• Track and manage imagery status of projects and provide weekly and daily status updates.
• Communicate effectively with creative and retouching teams.
• Accountable for risk management and unlocking projects that get stuck.
• Troubleshoot and solve issues, drive process improvement, and recognize solutions as they emerge.
• Receive, compile, confirm accuracy, and distribute pertinent project information to appropriate parties.
• Develop processes and streamline workflows alongside Producers and production teams.
• Schedule and facilitate pre- and post-production meetings with the production team.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and evolve processes for efficiencies.
• Partner with the Marcom Asset Management team for archiving of all final assets.
• Work with a variety of key tools, including Numbers, Pages, Keynote, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Camera Raw, Photo Mechanic, Capture One, and Quip.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $65.00 to $84.60 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
