Product Delivery Advisor I

Join our dynamic team as a Product Delivery Advisor I and play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and delivery of key projects. What You'll Do:
As a Product Delivery Advisor I, you will prepare and distribute attendance and stakeholder reports, coordinate and support training sessions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to manage project activities. You'll oversee testing events, facilitate communication on release updates, and develop content for ongoing safety and operational meetings. Your organizational skills will shine as you track issues, develop agendas, and support vendor and internal team engagement to align project goals and deliver excellent results.

Required Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating training sessions, meetings, and stakeholder activities
  • Proficiency with standard business and collaboration tools
  • Ability to develop agendas, presentation materials, and meeting documentation
  • Experience tracking issues, action items, and follow-up activities
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Background in training coordination or content development
  • Experience supporting large programs, initiatives, or change management efforts
  • Familiarity with surveys or feedback analysis
  • Knowledge of project coordination tools and methodologies

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • College degree or equivalent experience in project coordination, operations, or related fields
  • Prior experience supporting projects, stakeholder engagement, or operational readiness in a professional setting

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to support occasional meetings or activities that may require flexible scheduling
  • Familiarity with safety communication and operational support concepts is beneficial

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $44.19 to $47.68 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
